  • Is this ok for beginners to the gym?
    Of flippin' course! Every exercise included in your training plan comes with a detailed exclusive 'How To' video from me! I have made sure all levels of gym-goers can smash my fitness packages!
  • I only want to train 4 days per week. Is that ok?
    You training plan is completely personalised to you including your weekly schedule. Whether you want to train 4, 5 or 6 days per week, I will ensure your plan is tailored to your chosen number of training days fella!
  • Will I recieve a new training plan each month?
    Monthly Subscriptions: You will have a personalised training plan at the start of your subscription. However, if you do want a fresh training plan, you can simply request one inside the apps 'Content library" section. 3 Month Subscriptions: You will be provided with 2 personalised training plans. 6 Month Subscriptions: You will be provided with 4 personalised training plans. I only recommend changing your training plan every 6-8 weeks to ensure that you are progressing with the exercises, rep ranges, weight etc. on your current plan to ensure maximum gains. It is important to note that a new plan does not necessarily mean swapping and changing every single exercise in your plan. Instead, small changes such as sets, reps, types of sets etc. can also go a long way in muscle-building and ensuring that you don't plateau fella!
  • Can I get a tailored meal plan?
    With your subscription, you will be provided with daily tailored calorie and macro targets. You will also have access to over 120 high protein meals (with numerous calorie and macro options) made by to help you hit your nutrition goals! However, if you would prefer a fully tailored meal plan, you can request this in the "Content Library" section of the app.
  • Do I just download the Gymfella Fitness App directly from Apple App Store/Google Play Store?
    To access to the Gymfella Fitness App, you must first purchase an app subscription package from gymfella.co.uk Without purchasing an app subscription, you will not be able to access the app.
  • I have purchased a subscription but I still can't get access to the Gymfella Fitness App.
    Make sure you have downloaded the Gymfella Fitness App on either Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You will have received an email with instructions and an app download link (please check your spam). If you are still having problems after this, please email the sales team at info@gymfella.co.uk.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    To cancel your subscription, you must email the sales team at info@gymfella.co.uk You must cancel at least 7 days before your next payment is due, otherwise, your payment will still be taken.
